Just had a car from Allied Mobility. I have to say they were amazing from the first called to date. What an outstanding company. They walk you through demo. Our first demo car was not right for us so they bought a second car which they thought would suit my needs better. It was perfect! I have the aircon I need as well as blackout windows and sun visors so I don’t get too hot, because of my condition.
They demo the car really well and delivery was supersonic as I was desperate… They then did another demo on the day we received my car to make sure we knew what to do and only when my husband understood things was the paperwork sorted. Then before the guy left he asked if we needed him to go through anything else.
They also come out in a few weeks after receiving ypu motability car to make sure you are getting on ok. I think that is great too. I really cannot praise ALL the staff at Allied Mobility from the call handlers to those on the ground.

I had a test drive this morning with Nick Sears, the van is perfect for our needs. Nick was very informative and helpful, taking me step by step through the functions of the van. My daughter Jade was also very pleased as we can now go out with her electric wheelchair. I was happy to hear that my choice of colour would be delivered in 3/4 weeks. I have used quite a few WAV dealers in my life and most either don’t come up to the standard with rude staff or they are way overpriced. I can personally recommend and endorse Allied Mobility. From the demo through to delivery has been an incredibly friendly, professional and easy process. I think other WAV dealers need to benchmark off Allied Mobility. – Asta Philpot
